ALAN NOVAK TO PROVIDE
LEADERSHIP TO PROFESSIONAL DAIRY MANAGERS OF PENNSYLVANIA
The Professional Dairy Managers of Pennsylvania (PDMP) has
announced that Alan P. Novak, president and founder of Novak
Strategic Advisors (NSA), will provide leadership to the
organization as executive director effective December 1.
The selection was announced at the organization’s
Annual Membership Meeting on November 16 in Harrisburg.
PDMP
President Logan Bower said, “We are very pleased to
have Alan Novak bring his wide range of experience and successful
organizational leadership to PDMP. We look forward to his
guidance as we work to increase our membership and effectiveness.”
Novak
said, “I look forward to the challenge of working with
PDMP members, and assisting them in the growth of PDMP. I
welcome the opportunity to serve as the organization’s
spokesperson and to promote the dairy industry and its future
in Pennsylvania. PDMP is the future of the dairy industry.”
Recognizing
the importance of dairying to Pennsylvania’s economy,
Novak said he is eager to work with PDMP to make the dairy
industry sustainable and to support them in their commitment
to a long-term, profitable future for the dairy industry.
He added, “PDMP has a strong, clearly defined mission
and a talented team of leaders. I look forward to being part
of the team which builds upon its core principles and values.”

Novak succeeds Michael Brubaker,
Brubaker Consulting, who was elected to represent the 36th
Senatorial District in the Pennsylvania State Legislature.
