Anheuser-Busch Fort Collins Brewery Tour

Since 1876, Anheuser-Busch has been a leader in its industry, selling more than 100 million barrels of beer in the U.S. annually. The Fort Collins brewery is just one of 12 regional Anheuser-Busch breweries. See how they craft and package their quality beers, then visit the world-famous Clydesdales at their Rocky Mountain hamlet. A sampling of brews for guests 21 and older completes the experience.

The Stanley Hotel

Less than six miles from Rocky Mountain National Park, the Stanley Hotel is on the National Register of Historic Places and a member of Historic Hotels of America. F. O. Stanley(the inventor of the Stanley Steamer) began construction of the hotel in 1907, and when it opened in 1909 it was the first hotel in the world with electricity and the first in the U.S. within-room telephones. Inspired by the Stanley, Stephen King wrote half of “The Shining” from here. The ABC miniseries was also filmed at the Stanley Hotel. We’ll enjoy lunch and a brief tour of the hotel on the final day of our trip.

Rocky Mountain National Park

This living showcase of the grandeur of the Rocky Mountains,with elevations ranging from 8,000 feet in the wet, grassy valleys to 14,259 feet at the weather-ravaged top of Longs Peak, provides visitors with opportunities for countless breathtaking experiences and adventures. A tour guide will board our bus at the park and provide information about the park today and its history. We’ll stop periodically for sites of interest and animal watching.
