About Your Hotel Reservations

PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN PROCEDURE!

This year, to facilitate tour registration, we will make hotel reservations for all registrants. Your rooms will be reserved for Tuesday night in Denver and for Wednesday and Thursday nights in Fort Collins based on the information contained on your registration form. The cost of your rooms is not included in the tour registration fee. To hold rooms in your name we will require a credit card number. Room charges will then be applied directly to your account following your stay.

We must submit a rooming list to the hotel Wednesday,September 10, 2008. Due to the limited block of rooms available, early registration is recommended.

$118 single/double and $129 triple/quad

The Holiday Inn features 24-hour complimentary shuttle service to and from the Denver International Airport. Renovated in 2007, each room includes a coffee/tea maker and mini refrigerator, plus in-room pay-per-view and premium movie services. Amenities include an indoor pool, spa facilities, convenience store, news-stand, in-house restaurant and lounge, and business center with high-speed internet service. Enterprise Rent-a-Car is located on-site.

At the Fort Collins Marriott rooms are equipped with high speed internet, 27-inch remote control TV with HBO and ESPN, phones with voice mail, and data ports. Amenities include an indoor/out-door pool and fitness center with all new workout equipment, plus in-house restaurant and lounge. The hotel is non-smoking. A Hertz rental car facility is on-site and Shamrock Airport Express Shuttle provides transportation to Denver International Airport for a fee.
