Only one bus is available.
Until December 31, members of PDMP and NEDPA have the first option on seats. On January 1, remaining seats will be available on a first come-first served basis to anyone in the dairy industry. The registration fee includes all meals and bus transport during the tour; hotel reservations will be made for you, but are not included in the fee.

Monday, April 4 – Arrive in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
(Overnight at Wyndham Milwaukee Airport Hotel)

(Transportation to and from Wisconsin is on your own - either drive or fly into Milwaukee General Mitchell International Airport)

7:00 pm Meet’n Greet at the hotel
(Tour travelers receive their information packets; light refreshments)

Tuesday, April 5 – Dairy Tour Day #1
(Overnight at Holiday Inn, Fond du Lac)

  • Breakfast at the hotel and then bus departs
  • Koepke Farms, Inc.
  • Crave Brothers Dairy and Farmstead Cheese
  • Catered Lunch
    Lunch costs supported by sponsorship from John Deere

Wednesday, April 6 – Dairy Tour Day #2
(Overnight at Holiday Inn, Fond du Lac)

  • Breakfast at the hotel and then bus departs

  • So-Fine Bovines, LLC

  • Dinner with farm hosts and a presentation by Laurie Fischer, Executive Director, Dairy Business Association of Wisconsin

Thursday, April 7 – Dairy Tour Day #3

  • Breakfast at the hotel and then bus departs
  • A guided bus tour of Milwaukee with a walking tour of the Urban Farm Community Food Center and lunch from a local deli that features Wisconsin products.
  • 12:30 pm: Arrive at Milwaukee airport for flights home; the bus continues on to the Wyndham Milwaukee Airport Hotel for final drop-off. Safe travels home or continue your visit in Wisconsin on your own.
