In this session, Dr. Bernie Erven, Ohio State University, will discuss the family, personal and business reasons that can cause problems and make it difficult for dairy farmers to figure out what are the right answers for them, addressing the issues that can lead to avoiding or postponing plans and providing practical guidelines to work through what can be a difficult decision.
